APEX Research Intelligence provides AI-assisted business research outputs. All outputs are research assistance only and do not constitute legal, financial, investment, or professional advice. Users are solely responsible for any decisions made based on research outputs.
All research outputs include confidence ratings: HIGH (named primary source), MEDIUM (cross-referenced inference), LOW (directional estimate). We do not present AI-generated numbers as verified facts. Users should independently verify findings before relying on them for material decisions.
Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. Cancel at any time by contacting info@cesaranogilbert.com or via your Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
You agree not to use APEX Research Intelligence for automated bulk queries beyond your plan limits, reselling outputs without written permission, or any purpose prohibited by Swiss, EU, or applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by Swiss law, TennoTenRyu Inh. Cesarano is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of research outputs. Total aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the three months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Disputes subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zug, Switzerland.
